It includes the operation of sports facilities, the activities of sports teams or clubs participating in live events before a paying audience, independent athletes participating in live sporting or racing events, and owners of racing participants like cars, dogs, and horses involved in such events. This division covers the operation of gambling facilities such as casinos, bingo halls, and video gaming terminals, as well as the provision of gambling services like lotteries and off-track betting.
