The staff of the Nevin Economic Research Institute (NERI) extend their sympathies to the family of the late Dr Dónal Nevin, scholar, trade unionist and socialist who gave a life of service to the common good. The Institute is named in honour of Dr Nevin. A press release has been issued Image removed.  by the Irish Congress of Trade Unions. A short biography of Dr Nevin may be viewed on the website of the University of Limerick. Image removed.  As a mark of respect the offices of the Institute in Dublin and in Belfast will be closed Wednesday 19th December.
