The NERI seminar titled 'Of level playing fields and moving goalposts: workers' rights in EU trade policy' will be presented by Dr. Alan Eustace, Assistant Professor of Private Law, Trinity College Dublin.  It will take place on Wednesday 9 December, 2026 at 15:30 as an online Zoom event.

Dr. Alan Eustace, Trinity College Dublin will make his presentation for between 30-45 minutes.  Subsequently, there will be a Q&A section where the chairperson, Dr. Tom McDonnell, NERI will present questions from attendees to Alan.

Dr. Alan Eustace is Assistant Professor of Private Law at Trinity College Dublin, where he teaches modules in Workplace Democracy and the Law, the Future of Work, and Human Rights at Work. His research has been published in leading international labour law journals and cited in the Oireachtas.
